- January 05, 2019 by JOY ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. This year AVIVA requested me to apply for auto insurance which I have never had to do. I was also told that AVIVA will not honor our past arrangement of monthly payments and now require payments in full. I have no claims, no tickets, and have never missed a payment. My broker tells me Aviva is radomly picking people, making them apply for insurance and changing the monthly payments to full payments. I was not told of the payment policy up front by the broker but it was communicated in passing. I am not happy with TW Insurance as a broker or AVIVA. I will NEVER use this company for my insurance again. This is how you treate your perfect customers that have remained loyal for years then you will not have my business!
